Curriculum vitae
Birutė Kaupaitė was born on the 16th of May in 1975 in Panevėžys. She studied from 1999 to 2009 in Kaunas Art Faculty, Vilnius Academy of Arts, and got the Master Degree of Textile worker. She got the profession of Fashion Design in J.Vienožinskis Art Faculty in 1997.
Birutė has worked in the sphere of fashion from 1999. She‘s participated in lots of fashion events and festivals during this time.
Birutė worked in the sphere of image formation from 1999 to 2008. She was a fashion designer of individual and exclusive clothes.
She‘s participated in exhibitions from 2000.
Birutė’s worked in the sphere of curtains design and interior designing from 2005. She creates modern art production with the help of textile art devices.
Birutė is the tutoress of the textile exhibition “Handmade carpets that are bounded from Afghanistan” (2009).
